What We Build In Each Community
Every area we serve has its own mix of housing, farmland, and weather exposure, and that shapes the work we do there. Find your community below for a closer look.
Anderson, IN
Madison County property owners come to us for pole barns, detached garages, and metal roofing on both homes and outbuildings. It's one of the farther points in our service area, so we typically schedule Anderson projects alongside other work in the region to keep things efficient. Full builds and larger roofing jobs are the most common requests here.
Berne, IN
Berne is just down the road from us in Adams County, and it's one of our most active service areas. We handle metal roofing, pole barn construction, siding, and seamless gutters for homes, farms, and shops throughout the area. Agricultural buildings and equipment storage barns come up often given how much working farmland surrounds the town.
Bluffton, IN
We serve Wells County homeowners with metal roof replacements, vinyl siding, decks, and seamless gutter installation. Bluffton's mix of older in-town homes and rural properties means we see everything from tear-offs on century-old houses to new post-frame buildings on acreage outside city limits.
Decatur, IN
Decatur is home. Our shop is here, our crew lives here, and a large share of our projects never leave Adams County. We handle the full range locally: metal roofing, shingle rejuvenation, pole barns, decks, siding, gutters, and complete new construction. Being local means shorter lead times and easy follow-up if you need us back.
Fort Wayne, IN
As the largest city in our service area, Fort Wayne brings steady demand for residential metal roofing, siding replacement, decks, and seamless gutters. We work throughout Allen County, including surrounding communities and rural properties on the outskirts. Permit coordination is more involved here than in smaller towns, and we handle that as part of the project.
Monroe, IN
Monroe sits close to our Decatur base in Adams County, making it an easy area for us to serve on short notice. Pole barns, metal roofing, and gutter work are the most common projects, with plenty of farm and rural residential builds mixed in.
Muncie, IN
We build for Delaware County homeowners and rural property owners, with metal roofing and post-frame buildings leading the list. Muncie's older housing stock means we also see a fair amount of siding replacement and roof tear-off work where aging materials have reached the end of their service life.
Portland, IN
Jay County is farm country, and our work here reflects that. Equipment storage barns, livestock shelters, multi-use pole barns, and metal roofing on both homes and agricultural structures make up most of what we build around Portland.
Troy, OH
Miami County is the southern edge of our Ohio service area. Homeowners here bring us decks, metal roofing, siding, and seamless gutters. As with our other longer-distance areas, we plan Troy projects to make efficient use of travel, and larger builds are the most common fit.
Van Wert, OH
Van Wert County is a short trip east of Decatur and a regular part of our schedule. We handle pole barn construction, metal roofing, siding, and gutters for both residential and agricultural clients throughout the area.
Wapakoneta, OH
Auglaize County property owners hire us for metal roofing, post-frame buildings, decks, and seamless gutter installation. The rural land around Wapakoneta means a steady mix of farm outbuildings alongside residential exterior work.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my town isn't listed?
Ask. The communities listed on this page are where we work most often, but we regularly take projects in surrounding towns and unincorporated rural areas. A quick phone call will tell you whether your address falls within range.
How far will you travel for a project?
It depends on the size of the job. Smaller repairs and gutter work usually make the most sense closer to Decatur, while pole barns, new construction, and full roof replacements justify a longer drive. Call us with your location and project type and we'll tell you straight whether we're a good fit.
Do you work on farm & rural properties?
Yes, and it's a large part of what we do. Equipment storage buildings, livestock shelters, machine sheds, and metal roofing on agricultural structures are among our most requested projects across both states.
Do permit requirements differ between Indiana & Ohio?
They do, and requirements vary by county and municipality even within the same state. We handle permit coordination as part of the project and will tell you upfront what your specific build requires.
Can you quote my project without an on-site visit?
For most projects we'll want to walk the property, take measurements, and look at existing conditions before quoting. For smaller or straightforward jobs, we can sometimes provide a quote remotely using photos and measurements you supply.
Not Sure If We Reach You?
Tell us where you are and what you're planning, and we'll let you know whether we can get to you and what the next step looks like.
