Siding Installation

Siding That Works as Hard as It Looks

Siding is the first thing people notice about your house and the last line of defense between weather and your wall cavity. When it fails, the damage happens out of sight until it's expensive.

We install and replace siding on homes, garages, additions, and outbuildings throughout northeast Indiana and western Ohio. If your siding is cracked, faded, or letting water in, we'll inspect it and give you a straight answer about whether it needs replacing.

Why Replace Your Siding

Protection from the Elements

Old or damaged siding lets moisture into your walls, which leads to rot, mold, and structural problems. New siding restores a tight, continuous barrier.

Improved Energy Efficiency

Modern siding systems reduce drafts and can improve insulation, which helps keep the house comfortable and takes some load off your heating and cooling.

Enhanced Curb Appeal

Whether you're staying or eventually selling, new siding changes how the house reads from the street more than almost any other exterior upgrade.

Reduced Maintenance

No more scraping, painting, or sealing on a cycle. Rinse it when it needs it and leave it alone.

Our Siding Options & Services

Vinyl Siding

The most popular choice for good reason: durable, affordable, resistant to moisture, pests, and fading, and available in a wide range of colors and profiles. We install traditional lap siding, vertical board-and-batten, shake-style accents, and more.

Insulated Vinyl Siding

Vinyl with a foam backing that improves thermal performance, dampens outside noise, and adds rigidity and impact resistance. Worth considering if energy efficiency is driving the project.

Aluminum & Specialty Materials

Vinyl is the right answer for most homes, but we also work with select aluminum and engineered siding products, often on accent areas or specific design applications.

Not sure which fits? We'll compare materials against your budget, your home's architecture, and how much maintenance you want to sign up for.

Trim, Fascia & Soffit

A siding job is more than the wall surfaces, and the finish details are where water gets in or gets kept out. Every project includes:

  • Soffit and fascia to ventilate and finish roof edges
  • Custom trim around windows and doors
  • Inside and outside corner posts
  • Starter strips, J-channel, and flashing as needed

Proper trim work seals the system against water intrusion and makes the difference between siding that looks installed and siding that looks finished.

What Every Siding Project Includes

  • Removal and disposal of the old siding
  • Inspection of the sheathing underneath
  • Moisture barrier and insulation upgrades where needed
  • Full siding installation
  • Trim, fascia, soffit, and corner finishing
  • Window and door wrap detailing
  • Job site cleanup

We check what's behind the old siding before the new goes on. Finding rot after the fact is the expensive version of this project.

Signs Your Siding Needs Replacing

Any of these are worth an inspection. Several of them together usually mean water is already getting behind the panels.

  • Cracked, warped, or loose panels
  • Mold or mildew on the siding or interior walls
  • Rising heating and cooling bills
  • Faded or chalky surface
  • Visible holes or insect damage
  • Water stains or peeling paint inside the house

What Our Customers Are Saying

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long does siding installation take?

Most siding replacement projects take three to seven days depending on the size of the home and the material chosen. Weather and any repairs we find behind the old siding can extend that, and we'll tell you if something changes.

  • Do I need to be home during the project?

No. Siding work happens entirely on the exterior, so you don't need to take time off. We'll walk the job with you at the start and again at completion.

  • Is vinyl siding a good choice for this climate?

Yes. Vinyl handles freeze-thaw cycles, humidity, and temperature swings well, and it doesn't rot, absorb water, or need repainting. It's the most common choice across Indiana and Ohio for exactly those reasons.

  • Can I change the color or style of my siding?

Yes, and replacement is the best time to do it. Vinyl comes in a wide range of colors and profiles, and you're not limited to what's currently on the house. We'll bring samples so you can see options against your roof and trim.

  • Do you remove and dispose of old siding?

Yes. Tear-off and disposal are part of the project. We haul the debris out rather than leaving it in your yard.

  • Do you offer financing?

Yes. We work with trusted financing partners to offer flexible payment plans for most projects.
